Information We Collect
We collect account details, profile content, uploads, support messages, moderation reports, ad requests, and activity needed to run the platform. Optional profile fields such as avatar, Discord handle, website, and location are controlled by the user.
How We Use It
Information is used to provide accounts, publish mods and collections, operate clusters and forums, personalize profiles, prevent abuse, review reports, respond to tickets, and improve reliability.
Sharing
Public profile fields, published content, comments, and community activity may be visible to other users. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process data only to host, secure, analyze, or support SapperWire.
Choices And Deletion
Users can edit profile information, remove optional fields, request content removal, or ask for account deletion. Some records may be retained when required for security, dispute handling, legal compliance, or moderation history.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as authenticated sessions, limited admin tools, validation, and moderation workflows. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so users should keep passwords private.
